With over 1200 coaching hours, an understanding of a wide range of coaching tools and extensive industry experience in media & finance, I work with clients to cultivate self awareness, emotional agility, mind focus and unbiased thinking. I facilitate processes that lead to keen insights at the deeply personal level which domino into powerful influences at the professional level.

I focus on client strengths in areas scientifically shown to link with well being. These are enthusiasm, industriousness, intellectual curiosity, compassion (both hard and soft!) and low withdrawal. I focus on agile and growth mindsets that lead to smart and fair play.
