Coaching is a bit of an enigma. It arouses curiosity at the absolute core level. People genuinely wonder what it is all about. A read through a few FAQs will give you the complete plot. Here you go.

Is coaching for me?

If you ever puzzle over the mystery that is you or wonder how you could possibly be the best possible version of yourself, Version X.0 as I call it, this is the right pit stop for you. What will it do for me?

It will get you the results you desire! Whether your life is in comfortable cruise control or a gear that is horribly wrong for the speed, this interaction will shake and wake you up to smell the coffee. You will realize your true power. What is the process?

We offer a neuro-science backed understanding of the brain and it’s working. This creates transformation at the very core of our being, unlocking will power, energy and fulfillment.

The coach approach as developed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), draws on competencies that create a coach-client partnership based on trust, effective communication and a results oriented mind set (ICF Core Competencies)

Further, we draw on personality/workplace assessments, narrative coaching, neuro-linguistic programming techniques, conversational intelligence and other relevant frameworks that allow clients to understand their current situations and create stories that shift them from default mode to design mode.

What are the different areas I can work on?

You could start with a personality or work place assessment to analyze your behavior patterns and world perceptions. As you understand your core intelligences and working styles, you start to drop limiting beliefs and defensive behavior patterns. You then move to build SMART goals in harmony with your core calling.
